Yes. LORDLY supports tenancy law for NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT. Templates auto-update when legislation changes.

How does LORDLY Shield (Verified Tenants Only) work?

Every applicant must be Shield Verified before they can apply for one of your properties. Verification means: government ID checked through Stripe Identity, income confirmed, rental ledger imported with consent, and references collected directly from named past landlords — usually completed in under five minutes. No databases of past tenants, no privacy risk to you. Just facts, signed by the tenant.

Can I move from my current agent?

Yes. LORDLY walks you through every step — what to email your agent, how to lodge the bond transfer with your state authority, and how to onboard the tenant directly. The bond transfer typically takes about 10 minutes via your state's portal; the broader handover (notifying tenant, updating the lease) is usually done within a week or two.
