Landlords: download the LORDLY app from the App Store and sign up there — adding a property needs the app for now, and Android is coming soon. Tenants and tradies do not need an app at all; they sign up and run everything in a web browser, on Android or a computer. One login covers both, and everything stays live-synced.
Do I need the app to use this website?＋
No. You can register, subscribe and run the whole landlord portal in a browser: view every report, extract financials, manage your plan and message tenants. The app adds push notifications and on-site photo capture, so most landlords use both, but the website works on its own from an Android phone or a computer.
Is LORDLY really better than a property agent?＋
