Open the brief and name your price
The link opens a normal web page. Read the full brief, look at the photos, type a price. No account, no app, no password — and nothing to pay to quote.
STEP 03
Win it and get paid from escrow
If the owner picks you, they fund LORDLY escrow before you start. You set up payouts then — once, through Stripe — and the money is released when the work is done.

A tenant reports a repair, LORDLY works out the trade, and the job goes to LORDLY tradies covering that area first. If nobody picks it up, we look for local businesses in that trade and email them the brief. That may well be how you found this page.

The link opens a web page. Price it in a minute, or decline and we will not contact you about that job again. Either way it costs nothing.

If you win, the money is already set aside
The owner funds escrow before you start. You set up payouts once through Stripe — that step is identity-checked because the law requires it for paying money out.
